What is the difference between a Primary and Secondary Digital Legacy Manager?

A Digital Legacy Manager is the person or company who will receive access to your Dashboard when you pass away. You can optionally also appoint a Secondary Digital Legacy Manager, who will be contacted if the primary legacy manager cannot be reached. The Legacy Manager will assist your authorized fiduciaries to efficiently and effectively manage your digital estate in accordance with your wishes.

To appoint your Digital Legacy Managers:

  1. Login to your Eternal Dashboard
  2. Click Legacy Managers
  3. Click the  + Add a Primary or Successor Legacy Manager  button
  4. Select an existing Contact, or, add a New Contact
  5. Select their role as either Primary, or, Succcessor
  6. Click Add Legacy Manager
