Yes. Eternal Pro is available to Wills, Trusts & Estates law firms anywhere in Canada. All Canadian client information is stored only in Canada (this is also sometimes referred to as Canadian data residency).
This means everything you enter or what your clients enter into their Dashboard, is only stored, and backed up, on servers located in Quebec.
The one exception is Cold Storage. When a client chooses to place credentials or keys into Cold Storage, that information is encrypted and split into pieces held in separate locations, some of which may be outside Canada. No single piece can be read on its own, and nothing is reassembled unless the client asks for it.
Canadian firms and their clients get the full platform: branded, automated estate planning intake, the Living Estate Dashboard for ongoing plan updates, full asset inventory, and integrations with Clio, 8am MyCase, Lawmatics, and 9,000+ apps.
