How to sync client data into Smokeball?

Eternal Pro integrates directly with Smokeball

  • Import from Smokeball to send intake wizards to existing clients
  • Synchronize Client intake data back to a Smokeball Matter, or create a new one
  • The process can be fully automated, or manual

Exporting Client Data To Smokeball

First, ensure you've Connected to Smokeball:

  1. Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
  2. Hover on  Integrations  in the left nav menu, then click Smokeball
  3. Click the  Connect to Smokeball  button
  4. Login to Smokeball and click  Grant Access 
  5. You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
  6. The integration Status will now say Connected ✅

Next, back in your Client Dashboard Home:

  1. Find the Client you want to export, and click the Export icon
  2. This will open the Export window. Click the Smokeball square.
  3. Select the Matter to link to (or create a new one)
  4. Select what documents to send (Questionnaire, Inventory, or Both)
  5. Select at least one file format for the documents
  6. Select if you wish to include files uploaded by the client
  7. Select if you wish to synchronize the contacts, and how
  8. Click  Export 
  9. This will sync the selected Documents and Contacts
