How to sync client intake data to 8am MyCase?

Eternal Pro integrates directly with 8am MyCase

  • Import from MyCase to send intake forms to existing clients
  • Import from MyCase to create new digital estates for clients
  • Synchronize client data to the specified 8am MyCase Matter
  • The process can be fully automated, or manual

Exporting Client Data To 8am MyCase

First, ensure you've Connected to 8am MyCase:

  1. Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
  2. Hover on  Integrations  in the left nav menu, then click 8am MyCase
  3. Click the  Connect to 8am MyCase  button
  4. Login to 8am MyCase and click  Grant Access 
  5. You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
  6. The integration Status will now say Connected ✅

Next, back in your Client Dashboard Home:

  1. Find the Client you want to export, and click the Exporticon 
  2. This will open the Export window. Click the 8am MyCase square.
  3. Select what documents to send (Questionnaire, Inventory, or Both)
  4. Select at least one file format for the documents
  5. Click  Export 
  6. This will sync the selected documents and all Contacts
