How to create a new intake form in the Eternal Pro Dashboard?

To add a new intake form within your Eternal Pro Dashboard:

Login to your Eternal Dashboard
Click Wizard in the left navigation menu
Enter a unique name in the New Wizard Name field
Click the + Create button

This will create a new intake form with the name you provided.
