How to send intake invites to existing contacts in 8am MyCase?

Eternal Pro integrates directly with 8am Mycase:

  • Import from 8am Mycase to send intake forms to existing clients
  • Import from 8am Mycase to create new digital estates for clients
  • Synchronize client data back to the 8am Mycase Client/Matter
  • Automatically find and sync (or create) Contacts and Matters
  • The entire process can be fully automated, or manual

To import clients data from 8am Mycase (sending them an intake link):

  1. Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
  2. Hover on  Integrations  in the left nav menu, then click 8am Mycase
  3. Click the  Connect to 8am MyCase  button
  4. Login to 8am MyCase and click  Grant Access 
  5. You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
  6. The integration Status will now say Connected ✅
  7. Click the  Show Import Options  button
  8. Select the clients to import and click  Import Selected Clients 
  9. Confirm the import by clicking  Yes, Import 
  10. Selected clients will be automatically created and invited by email
