How to import clients from Lawmatics using a Zapier webhook ?

To create a Zapier webhook to import clients into Eternal Pro:

  1. Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
    1. Hover on  Integrations  in the left nav menu, then click Zapier
    2. Copy your Zap URL and the Example Zapier POST Body
  2. Open a new window and login to Zapier
  3. Create a new Zap using Lawmatics
    1. Specify your Trigger event
      1. For Lawmatics, select Matter Added
    2. Optionally, add a  Filter by Zapier  to your Zap
      1. For Lawmatics, set Only continue if Attributes Case Title contains "Eternal Pro"
    3. Add a  Webhooks by Zapier  event to your Zap
      1. Set Action event to POST
      2. Enter your Zap URL in the URL field
      3. Enter "payload" in the Data field
      4. Paste the Example Zapier POST Body from above in the "Enter text or insert data" entry field
      5. Click the [+] sign and replace the example data fields with the correct Zapier fields
        1. Note, do not change the "endpoint" value
    4. Test your Zap and correct for any issues
    5. Publish your Zap
