How to send intake invites to existing contacts in Lawmatics?

Eternal Pro integrates directly with Lawmatics:

  • Import from Lawmatics to send intake forms to existing clients
  • Import from Lawmatics to create new digital estates for clients
  • Synchronize client data back to the Lawmatics Client/Matter
  • Automatically find and sync (or create) Contacts and Matters
  • The process can be fully automated, or manual

To import clients data from Lawmatics (sending them an intake link):

  1. Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
  2. Hover on  Integrations  in the left nav menu, then click Lawmatics
  3. Click the  Connect to Lawmatics  button
  4. Login to Lawmatics and click  Grant Access 
  5. You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
  6. The integration Status will now say Connected ✅
  7. Click the  Show Import Options  button
  8. Select the clients to import and click  Import Selected Clients 
  9. Confirm the import by clicking  Yes, Import 
  10. Selected clients will be automatically created and invited by email
