How do I connect Eternal Pro to WealthCounsel?

Log in to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin, hover on Integrations in the left nav menu, click WealthCounsel, then click Connect to WealthCounsel. Log in to WealthCounsel and click Grant Access. You will be returned to the Dashboard with a Connected status.

What documents can I export to WealthCounsel?

You can export a Questionnaire, an Inventory, or both. You must also select at least one file format before clicking Export.

Can the WealthCounsel sync be automated?

Yes. The process can be fully automated or run manually, depending on your preference.

Can I import existing WealthCounsel clients into Eternal Pro?

Yes. You can import from WealthCounsel to send intake forms to existing clients or to create new digital estates for clients.

Exporting Client Data To WealthCounsel

First, ensure you've Connected to WealthCounsel:

Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
Hover on Integrations in the left nav menu, then click WealthCounsel
Click the Connect to WealthCounsel button
Login to WealthCounsel and click Grant Access
You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
The integration Status will now say Connected ✅

Next, back in your Client Dashboard Home:

Find the Client you want to export, and click the Exporticon
This will open the Export window. Click the WealthCounsel square.
Select what documents to send (Questionnaire, Inventory, or Both)
Select at least one file format for the documents
Click Export
This will export the selected Documents and sync all Contacts
