How to sync client data to LEAP?

Eternal Pro Integrates Directly With LEAP

Eternal Pro is an authorized LEAP integration partner, enabling you to:

  • Sync Client intake data from Eternal Pro into LEAP
  • Find or create LEAP Cards & Matters, and sync all data
  • The process can be fully automated, or manual

Exporting Client Data To LEAP

First, ensure you've Connected to LEAP:

  1. Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
  2. Hover on  Integrations  in the left nav menu, then click LEAP
  3. Click the  Connect to LEAP  button
  4. Login to LEAP and click  Grant Access 
  5. You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
  6. The integration Status will now say Connected ✅

Next, back in your Client Dashboard Home:

  1. Find the Client you want to export, and click the Export Export iconicon
  2. This will open the Export window. Click the LEAP square.
  3. Select the Source Matter to send data from
  4. (Optional) - Check the "Update contact details in LEAP with current intake data" box.

    1. This ensures an existing Card in LEAP will be updated with name, address, phone, and other current details. Otherwise, an existing LEAP card will not be updated.

  5. Select What to Export

    1. Select the Documents (Questionnaire, Inventory, or Both)
    2. Select at least one file format for the documents
    3. Select if you wish to include files uploaded by the client
    4. Select if you wish to send the Contacts, and whether to Create or Skip

  6. Click  Export  to send the selected Documents and Contacts
