How to send intake invites to existing contacts in Smokeball?

Eternal Pro integrates directly with Smokeball:

Import from Smokeball to send intake forms to existing Contacts
Find and sync (or create) Contacts and Matters
The entire workflow can be fully automated, or manual

To import clients from Smokeball (sending them an Intake invitation link):

Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Firm Admin user
Hover on Integrations in the left nav menu, then click Smokeball
Click the Connect to Smokeball button
Login to Smokeball and click Grant Access
You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
The integration Status will now say Connected ✅
Click the Show Import Options button
Select the clients to import and click Import Selected Clients
Confirm the import by clicking Yes, Import
Selected clients will be automatically created and invited by email
