Who can send intake invites to WealthCounsel contacts in Eternal Pro?

Only Super Admin users can access the WealthCounsel integration and send intake invites to existing contacts.

After you confirm the import, selected clients are automatically created in Eternal Pro and invited by email.

Where do I find the WealthCounsel integration in Eternal Pro?

Hover over Integrations in the left navigation menu of the Eternal Dashboard, then click WealthCounsel.

How do I confirm that the WealthCounsel integration is active?

Once connected, the integration Status on the Eternal Dashboard will display as Connected with a green check mark.

To send an Eternal Pro intake link to an existing WealthCounsel contact:

Login to your Eternal Dashboard as a Super Admin user
Hover on Integrations in the left nav menu, then click WealthCounsel
Click the Connect to WealthCounsel button
Login to WealthCounsel and click Grant Access
You will be returned to the Eternal Dashboard
The integration Status will now say Connected ✅
Click the Show Import Options button
Select the clients to import and click Import Selected Clients
Confirm the import by clicking Yes, Import
Selected clients will be automatically created and invited by email
