How do I add legal and healthcare directives to access with my Emergency Card?

The Emergency Card allows you to save your important legal and healthcare directives, and other important information, to be accessible in the event of an emergency either through your digital wallet or with the scan of a QR code. You can include several types of documents, including:

  • Health Care Directives
  • Health Care Proxy
  • HIPAA Release
  • Living Will
  • Insurance Cards
  • Power of Attorney
  • Other PDF documents

 

To configure your Emergency Card:

  1. Login to your Dashboard
  2. Click Emergency Card in the left navigation
  3. Scroll down to the Upload Files section
  4. Click the button for the type of file you're uploading

Please note, all uploads must be in PDF format.
